Audio System Design & Installation

Fully Planned. Properly Assembled.

Ready for your next rehearsal.

With everything it takes to prepare for the marching season, dealing with audio gear is the last thing you should have to do when you’d rather be teaching.

Our design and installation service provides a turnkey marching audio system that:

  • Is easy to use and set up each day (so rehearsals start on time)

  • Can handle the season ahead (to prevent mid-season issues)

  • Just works (so you can focus on the students, no the system)

What You Get

A fully assembled and optimized audio system.

From microphones to speakers and everything in between. We're not done until you're able to get sound - easily, consistently, and confidently.

Zero Guesswork

We handle all of the planning, offer purchasing support for needed gear, and ensure you have all of the information you need to confidently use your system.

Expertise during your busiest season.

Most installations are booked between late May and early September - When your attention belongs on leadership camps, music, drill, and taking care of your students.

How It Works

1

Planning

We meet with you well before the installation date to fully understand your needs, instrumentation, and front ensemble layout.

From there, we create what we call a "Job Jacket" that includes:

  • Mixer input list

  • Instrument cabling list

  • Detailed layout diagram

  • Equipment recommendations tailored to your program

2

On-Site Installation

You and your team can focus on teaching while ours handles:

  • Microphone placement

  • Cable testing and color-coding

  • Mixer configuration

  • Loudspeaker settings

  • Wireless coordination

  • Anything else needed to get you up and running.

We get you set up the right way the first time.

3

Sound Check & Training

Before we leave, we test to ensure your system is 'getting sound' with basic levels to get your season started strong.

We also film a video walkthrough that covers your mixer, routing, and daily setup so your team has clear instructions whenever they need them.

Why Directors Trust Our Work

We're not just assembling audio equipment - We're building a system that frees you to teach without audio getting in the way.

We understand what band directors need:

  • Fewer fires to put out

  • No tech surprises on day one

  • A clean, organized setup that students can manage independently

  • Guidance from audio experts who actually understand the marching activity

You shouldn't have to be an expert audio engineer.

With us, you don't have to be.
