The details you provide in this form will allow us to give your ensemble the highest possible level of service and are needed for the design process.

This form should take about 5 minutes to complete and will request details such as: 

• The gear used in your electronic instrument setup.

• Your MIDI controller and/or hardware synth model numbers.

• Computer specifications, such as available RAM.
